It's impossible to work with animals every day and not come to love and respect their unique personalities and the traits that make them special. For Two Oceans Aquarium Conservation Coordinator Talitha Noble, working with sea turtles in need of rescue and rehabilitation is part of her daily routine - and it goes without saying that the incredible resilience of these animals has begun to rub off on Talitha too.

“Journeys are zigzaggy and very unpredictable. It's none of these turtles' plan to get washed up in fishing gear, to eat plastic bags, to get hit by a boat. Yet despite these big traumatic events, most of these turtles are able to get back on track - not just to survive, but to thrive and swim across oceans.” – Talitha Noble
