Did you know that it is illegal to buy or sell white musselcracker and white steenbras? On 17 May 2006 the South African Sustainable Seafood Initiative (SASSI) was launched at the Two Oceans Aquarium. Celebrity chefs Justine Drake and Peter Goffe-Wood cooked up a storm using fish on the Green List of the Consumer’s Seafood List.
