On Saturday 27 October 2012, sea fans big and small arrived at the Two Oceans Aquarium in their Halloween best for the aSCAREium, a night of mystery, magic and … gooey stuff.

 

Something of a tradition is starting at the Two Oceans Aquarium and, as with Valentine’s with a Difference and the 8th International Aquarium Congress, the wonder worm exhibit received an event-ready makeover.

Kids were treated to arts and crafts in the AfriSam Children’s Play Centre, face-painting and Samantha the African penguin mascot …

... while parents were mesmerised by sights of a different kind.

A highly entertaining magic show elicited whoops of joy from the large crowd that gathered at the I&J Predator Exhibit.
