Have you been happily snapping away at the Two Oceans Aquarium recently? Feel like you’ve taken a pic that just has to be shared?
Well great, because we totally want you to do that!
In fact, we’ve set up a flickr group for that very purpose. Simply join our group and upload your pictures, and help us create a pool (ha ha) of photos of all the amazing creatures to be found at the Aquarium.
Every week we also feature an Aquarium picture on this blog. We always choose something from the Flickr group, so who knows, your shot might be the one that gets chosen, and seen by thousands!

Competition time!
All new pictures uploaded to the group from today count as an entry in our Flickr pic competition. We’ll choose the best two pictures (from different entrants) based on how well the picture is composed, and how interesting the subject matter is – good quality pictures only please! Each winner will be given two tickets to the Aquarium!
Terms and conditions
- Entries for this competition close at 12h00 on 5 February 2013.
- Winners will be chosen by the Two Oceans Aquarium’s website staff, and will be notified by the Two Oceans Aquarium by no later than 16h00 on 5 February 2013.
- Entrants will have to accept the rules of our Flickr group, which gives the Two Oceans Aquarium permission for any photo added to it to be featured on the official Two Oceans Aquarium website, with no payment (though accreditation will always be given).
- We assure members that we will not use their images for any commercial purposes other than to showcase the Two Oceans Aquarium on the web.
- Tickets are valid for three months only.
- The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
