Members, join us at our Jiggling Jellyfish Family Sleepover on Saturday 30 July 2016.
Bring along your sleeping bags and picnic supper for this, the first-ever sleepover at our new I&J Ocean Exhibit. You’ll be able to find new corners to snuggle into (the 10m-tunnel, perhaps?) while getting closer-than-ever to Yoshi the loggerhead turtle, Bob the green turtle, and all the other creatures. Enjoy a “Bluebottle Slush” or “Ocean Jellytini” and have your face painted while you’re at it!
Kids, dress up as your favourite sea animal and stand a chance to win a prize for the best-dressed sea creature.
Krish Lewis, the Aquarium’s Jelly Guy, will tell us more about the how he grows the fascinating jellies that live in the hypnotic new Jelly Gallery. We’ll then continue with fun arts & crafts before settling down with hot chocolate to watch a movie on our big-screen TV.
When the sunlight starts to trickle through the water, rise and shine to meet the new day ... A yummy breakfast will be waiting.
