After a long hiatus, our exclusive members-only sleepovers at the Two Oceans Aquarium are back! Active members are invited to attend the exclusive, ever-fun and ever-popular family sleepover on the night of 20 August 2022. Arts, crafts, jellyfish, movies and more - this will be an evening filled with family fun and memories!

Family sleepover details
- When: 18h30 on Saturday 20 August 2022 to 08h00 on Sunday 21 August 2022
- Who: Active Two Oceans Aquarium members.
- What to pack: A picnic dinner for the evening, sleeping bag and mattresses, pillows, blankets etc, toiletries, change of clothes. No tents or flashlights allowed.
- Cost: R350 (adults), R290 (children). We regret no under-2s.
- The cost includes a welcome beverage for all guests, kids' crafts, a hot chocolate station in the evening before bed, and a light breakfast in the morning.
- Parking: Parking is available across the road from the Aquarium in the Portswood Garage. Validate parking tickets will be available for R55 from Aquarium staff after the sleepover.
- Please note: Children need to be accompanied by an adult. 120 spots are available.

What's on the programme for the evening?
What fun would an Aquarium sleepover be without ocean-themed fun and activities? When you arrive at the Aquarium, you'll be greeted with refreshments and will have the opportunity to enjoy any packed supper or snacks that you brought along. You'll then get to meet Krish Lewish, our resident "jelly guy" to learn all about his exciting work with jellyfish! Children will then be treated to our in-house puppet show, followed by some in-house arts and crafts!
Before bed, it's time for hot chocolate and an ocean-themed movie! Then, take your pick of the I&J Ocean Exhibit, Save Our Seas Foundation Shark Exhibit or Kelp Forest Exhibit for your favourite sleeping spot to set up for the night.
In the morning, you'll be treated to a light breakfast buffet before packing up and heading home!
