Congratulations to one of Cape Town, and the world’s, favourite photographers, Jean Tresfon, who has been named a runner up in the Behaviour category of the prestigious 2017 Underwater Photographer of the Year awards. Jean won for this amazing picture of a humpback whale feeding on krill.
