The Two Oceans Aquarium will be open from 09h00 to 20h00 every day until 8 January 2012 (closing at 18h00 on Christmas Day), giving you more time to enjoy the perfectly long, hot summer days in Cape Town. Come and cool down among our serene sea scenes and enjoy guilt-free, sustainable seafood at Shoreline Café (closing at 19h30 until 8 January).
The play centre at Shoreline Café is the only dedicated children’s play area in the V&A Waterfront, with jungle gyms and more keeping the kids occupied. Shoreline Café is also the first restaurant in Africa to obtain Marine Stewardship Council chain-of-custody certification – in partnership with I&J, we’ve put sustainable seafood on the South African map.
Our Afrisam Children’s Play Centre, which overlooks the penguin pool, has a great holiday craft schedule. This week, kids can come in to make festive season gift stockings, beaded elves, cookies and more.
