Join Douw Steyn, one of our long-standing volunteer guides, on an exciting tour of the Aquarium. Did you know that the I&J Predator Exhibit is the size of a tennis court? And that the brindle bass living in this display will grow to become larger than the largest shark we have in the Aquarium?
Discover this and more amazing sea creatures when you join us on the tour!
Find out where the Aquarium gets its seawater from, how this water is filtered, and learn about the multitude of processes that take place here every day. You will also have the opportunity to peer into the I&J Predator Exhibit and watch the ragged-tooth sharks swimming from above!
When: Saturday 28 June 2014
Starting: 11am until 12pm. Watch the feeding of the fish in the Kelp Forest Exhibit at 12pm
Cost: R45 per person
