When you’re in the mood for a bit of a break in between exploring all the tanks and displays at the Two Oceans Aquarium, the AfriSam Children’s Centre is the perfect place to stop off at with your children. Here they will be invited to learn and be creative while having fun, giving parents and caretakers a chance to sit back and unwind.

The AfriSam Children’s Centre offers a number of interesting activities to keep children entertained and engaged, and April promises to be packed full of exciting things to do.

Children will be able to participate in a number of crafty projects, including making their own mobiles, photo frames, key ring cards, pop-up gardens, beaded pens and decorated bags. There will also be a number of Easter-themed activities on offer, from Friday, 22 April, including decorating cookies and putting together Easter baskets and Easter bunny bags.

Recycled craft materials for each activity are provided, as well as friendly guided instruction by specially trained staff. The centre also runs a small tuckshop, where visitors are invited to enjoy light refreshments.
